BEASLEY MEDIA GROUP CEO CAROLINE BEASLEY was named among SOUTHWEST FLORIDA's business leaders featured on FLORIDA TREND magazine's list of the "Most Influential Business Leaders." Criteria for the list included categories used by the U.S. COMMERCE DEPARTMENT's BUREAU OF ECONOMIC ANALYSIS. The list of 500 FLORIDIANS are broken into 16 sections: agriculture, arts/entertainment/sports, education, energy, finance/insurance, hospitality/tourism, information/tech/media, law, life sciences, living legends, manufacturing, philanthropy/nonprofit organizations, professional services, real estate, retail/wholesale, and transportation.
"The 500 executives were selected based on extensive contacts in regional business circles, hundreds of interviews, and months of research, culminating in a highly selective biographical guide to the people who really run FLORIDA," the magazine noted.
